Sound and light are booked with the premises on the sound and lighting requirements form. Charges are per booking, with GST at 18 per cent; the booking amount equals the total with GST.

Four steps to your booking.

Check availability
Call the secretariat on (0512) 2531306 or +91 92086 37063 with your preferred date, day and the premises required.

Fill the booking form
Download the premises booking form, tick the nature of the programme and the premises, and attach a cancelled cheque for the security refund.

Add sound and lighting
If you need mics, lights, an LED screen or a generator, complete the sound and lighting requirements form with quantities and hours; charges are as per the sound and light rate list.
4
Pay and confirm
Submit the signed forms with the booking amount at the Chamber office, 14/77, Civil Lines, Kanpur. The booking is confirmed on receipt of payment.

Please note
Terms of hire in brief.
- The organiser is solely responsible for obtaining all statutory permissions for the programme.
- The organiser undertakes to maintain discipline and decorum in the hall and is responsible for any damage caused to the Chamber's assets.
- Tapes, banners, stickers, pop-ups, hammering, pinning in the auditorium hall and the throwing of flower petals are not permitted.
- Time is counted from handing over to vacating the premises; delay charges apply per hour beyond the booked duration.
- Deductions for extension of time, date shifting or damage to assets are made from the security deposit, and the balance is refunded to the account named on the booking form.
- The full terms and conditions printed on the reverse of the booking form apply to every booking.
